Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Threadliner, a hosted software product provided by Kwii Digital Ltd. ("Threadliner," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using Threadliner, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using Threadliner on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing on that organization's behalf and confirming you have the authority to do so.

2. The service

Threadliner unifies forms, newsletter/email campaigns, and a CRM around a single contact record, along with automation rules, team collaboration, and related tooling. We may add, change, or remove features over time; we'll make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes that affect how you use the service.

3. Accounts

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account or API keys. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel a subscription at any time from Settings → Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. If a payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features until the balance is resolved.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Threadliner to:

• Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) or violate applicable anti-spam laws;
• Upload or collect data you don't have the right to collect;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, other accounts, or our infrastructure;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service; or
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with notice where practical.

6. Your data

You retain ownership of the contact, form, campaign, and CRM data you submit to Threadliner ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit Customer Data solely to provide and support the service. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle data in more detail. You're responsible for having the necessary rights and consents to submit any contact or subscriber data into the service, including for the emails you send through it.

7. Termination

You may stop using Threadliner and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms and don't cure the breach within a reasonable time after notice, or immediately in cases of serious misuse (e.g. abuse, illegal activity, non-payment). On termination, your right to use the service ends; we handle Customer Data on termination as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Threadliner is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Threadliner and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll provide reasonable notice (for example, by email or an in-app notice) before they take effect. Continuing to use Threadliner after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
